Ţiriac obtained in 2014 the construction permit for 11 floors and a rentable area of nearly 18,000 sq.m.

Tomas Manjon, former operational manager of Ţiriac Imobiliare, has declared for ZF in the end of 2014 that the project will be delivered in 2016 or at most in the beginning of 2017.
