Layher has purchased a plot of land with an area of 10,000 square meters in Otopeni, on which it will build a storage hall and offices with an area of about 2,000 square meters, as well as a concrete platform with an area of about 4,800 square meters for storing metal scaffolding.
In the storage hall, on an area of about 350 square meters, a showroom will be set up, where the different types of scaffolding produced in Germany will be exhibited.
The total value of the investment is estimated at 3.5 million euros, including the value of the acquisition of the land for construction.
