In this role, he will support the executive management and ensure operational efficiency of projects, leading the local team in the context of the company’s expansion. Van de Parre, who joined the company in 2021 as COO, has made significant contributions to optimizing project execution and implementing the ESG strategy.
Demeyere and Balcaen will focus on the commercial strategy, including acquisitions, rentals and sales in Romania and Poland. Speedwell develops residential and mixed-use projects in Romania, and in Poland works on student accommodation and residential projects.
