The German group Henkel, which has over 500 employees in Romania, intends, according to the same sources, to sell the old headquarters in the Floreasca area.

This is one of the biggest rental deals this year, excluding contract renewals. The main reason for Henkel's move is the need to have a more efficient headquarters with up-to-date facilities.

Both transactions are brokered by real estate services company iO Partners.
