Forte Partners purchased the land of the former hosiery factory for 11.3 million euros, i.e. 825 euros/square meter, paying in 3 installments.

Adesgo's production and sales activities were taken over last year by the Israeli clothing manufacturer Tefron and transferred to a new production space in the P3 Bucharest A1 logistics park near Bucharest. In April this year, Forte Partners obtained approval for the demolition of the former factory in Tineretului and began demolition operations.

The company's plan is to develop a mixed project with 13,000 square meters of offices and 220 apartments. The area of 13,726 square meters will be added to the office complex U Center, already built by Forte Partners on the land of the former Scarlat Longhin hospital, having an area of approximately 18,000 square meters.
