City Gate North Tower is the first operating building in Bucharest to receive LEED Gold certificate,  representing the first certification process concluded by Colliers International since the launch of its service in Romania, in 2011.

City Gate, the office project developed by GTC and Bluehouse in Presei Square in Bucharest includes two office towers of 18 floors each. The A class office buildings have a built area of 44,000 sqm. Among the tenants, there are Rompetrol, Romtelecom, Microsoft, Millenium Bank, Hoffmann-La Roche, Alcatel, E.ON, Chevron etc.
