The deal was mediated by the real estate brokerage company Fortim Trusted Advisors, a member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance, a company offering a full range of real estate consulting services.
GTC Romania, the leading real estate company in Central and Eastern Europe, announces the signing of a long-term contract with the world-leading cultural organization British Council in opening a new centre in north Bucharest, in the City Gate South Tower. Covering over 430 square meters, this is the first such centre in British Council's new approach regarding its presence in Romania. The transaction was brokered by real estate consultancy CBRE.

Bogdan Jigman, general manager of GTC, together with, CEO Telekom Romania, have signed on Wednesday the renewal of the lease agreement in City Gate building from Piata Presei in Bucharest for another five years, thus breaking the deal signed in November 2014 Telekom and businessman Ioannis Papalekas, owner of Globalworth.
GTC and Bluehouse City Gate e finalized the certification process of the first office tower within City Gate project in Bucharest, according to Colliers International, which assisted the process.
