AFI completed and fully leased the first two buildings of the project, the structure works for the third building reached level four from ten, nearly half of the spaces being already preleased by the British group Endava, therefore the developer decided to start the construction of the last two buildings within the business park although it doesn’t have bank financing for the moment or preleases signed with potential tenants.

„The two buildings will have a rentable area of approx. 30,000 sq. m and will be delivered in the end of last year. We do not have leases signed for these spaces, but all the buildings within the project have been developed speculatively, without having preleases before starting the works. We have succeeded in renting them along the way.
