Real estate consultant NAI Romania relocates to EKA Business Center and expands in the province

NAI Romania relocates its activity starting 1st of March to the office building EKA Business Center. Moreover, the company opens a branch in Ploiesti and plans to increase the number of employees by the end of 2015.

UniCredit rented 7,000 sq. m in Iasi

UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions (UBIS), the IT services division of the banking group UniCredit, rented an office space of 7,000 sq. m in the fifth office building the businessman Iulian Dascălu is developing in Iaşi, a space where the company will increase its team from 300 to 700 employees.

JLL: The level of rents on the office market remains the same in 2015

In 4Q 2014, four office buildings were delivered: Green Court Building A, AFI Park 3, Ethos House and Bratianu Business Center, which added together an area slightly exceeding 41,000 sq. m of A and B class office space to the total stock, according to a study made by JLL, which also stated that the level of rents would not change this year.

Oracle rented a quarter of Sky Tower’s area

Oracle Romania, the local branch of the American giant Oracle, rented nine of the 36 floors of the office tower Sky Tower in Bucharest and will start in the following period to occupy the spaces situated between the 23rd floors and 31st floor, following the largest transaction on the office market since the beginning of this year.

Esop Corporate, the corporate division of the real estate consultant, announced the completion of seven office transaction large than 1,000 sq. m, totalizing approx. 14,000 sq. m, from a total of more than 70 transactions of the company for approx. 40,000 sq. m.
