Flash Office Solutions has two office centres for rent, fully equipped with all the services and facilities included, one situated in Maria Rosetti Tower office building and the second in the office building Armand Calinescu 26.

In the two centres of Flash Office Solutions, the new clients which rented in 2015 have chosen bothesc and individual offices with areas from 12.6 sq. m to 69 sq. m and capacities from 1 to 15 employees.
In 2015, the company Tellence, an important high-tech IT outsourcing services provider with a turnover exceeding EUR 2 million per year has expanded its offices in Flash Office from 275 sq. m to 390 sq. m.
The tenants have all the services and facilities necessary to a modern office – reception,equipped meeting room, kitchen, relaxing space and lunch area.
