Oana Iliescu, DTZ Echinox: Slight Improvement registered by the real estate market this year

Mars Inc. and Royal Canin to consolidate their Romanian operations

Mars Inc. has extended the lease for the premises of approx. 600 sq. m occupied within the office building situated on 169A Calea Floreasca St., owned by NEPI. The Office in Cluj-Napoca reaches 80 percent occupancy rate

The first building of The Office, a class A project developed in downtown Cluj-Napoca, by real estate investment fund New Europe Property Investments (NEPI) and Romanian businessman Ovidiu Sandor has reached an occupancy rate of 80 percent, according to the developers.

DTZ Echinox: New office demand up by 40 pct in Bucharest in first nine months
