Currently, the building Charles de Gaulle Plaza is owned by the company HR GLL CDG Plaza S.R.L., which received legal advised through the negotiations from Clifford Chance Badea.
The negotiations started in the end of 2014, the transaction being completed by the signing of the lease in February 2015.
