Another internationally renowned company, Nokia Solutions & Networks Romania (NSN), has decided to remain in the office building located on Bucharest-Ploiesti Highway, where it occupies a space of cca. 400 sq m in the deal advised by The Advisers/Knight Frank consultants, who were in charge of the expansion and renegotiation of the contract.

Located in Baneasa sub-market, in the vicinity of Henri Coanda airport, Baneasa Business & Technology Park, with a total area of 27,000 sq m and an occupancy rate of cca. 97%, was developed by the real estate company BB&TP SA.
