As the fourth building in the project, the last building also benefits from EU funding. The building, which will be delivered in the second quarter of next year, will have a rentable area of 9,500 sq. m for office spaces and services.

City Business Centre Timisoara is an A class office complex, situated in the central area of the city, which includes five buildings with a total rentable area of 43,000 sq. m.

Currently, the buildings A, B, C and D are functional, with a total area of 34,000 sq. m and an occupancy rate of 98 pct. The entire project will be completed in 2015. (source: wall-street.ro)
