The first building of the complex will be developed nearby Iulius Mall Timisoara, towards Antenei Blvd. The construction is an A class office building with an area of 18,000 sq. m and 11 floors. United Business Center 2 (UBC 2) will comply with the principles of green buildings in order to obtain LEED certification.
