„This project, situated in Victoriei Square, near the Romanian Government building, includes the development of a modern office building and the rehabilitation of an historical building. The 8,400 sq. m GLA project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2016“, shows a report published by NEPI on Bucharest Stock Exchange.

 NEPI obtained the construction permit since June 2014, the investment being estimated at EUR 37 million. Martin Slabbert, former CEO of NEPI, said in 2014 that he planned the completion of the building by mid-2015. (Source: zf.ro)
