Moreover, the last three months saw new office buildings on the local market, with a total area of 80,000 sqm, including 20,000 sqm in the first phase of Metroffice, the project of Immofinanz in Pipera, 25,000 sqm in the B building of Oregon Park project of Portland Trust, 30,000 sqm within Hermes Business Campus and Prezan Office Building, near Charles de Gaulle Square.
