The company will begin its operations this fall in the newly rented space in the TN Offices 2 building. The transaction was brokered by CBRE, a global leader in commercial real estate services and investments.

The Romanian branch of KARL STORZ provides consulting, sales, and service for KARL STORZ products in the fields of human and veterinary medicine. The company aims to continually expand the use of endoscopy for diagnosis and therapy, as well as meet customer and healthcare system requirements by supporting courses, workshops, conferences, and promoting the establishment of training centers.

The Timpuri Noi Square office complex offers 53,000 m² of rentable modern, class A office space, LEED PLATINUM certified, 920 parking spaces, and 3,700 m² of integrated commercial spaces in a dynamic and welcoming plaza area, immediately adjacent to the Timpuri Noi metro station with easy access to the city center.
The lease agreement between KARL STORZ Endoscopy ROMANIA and Vastint Romania was completed, finalizing the transition of the new tenant’s employees to the Timpuri Noi Square offices at the end of the third quarter of this year. The transaction was professionally mediated by CBRE.
