The Timpuri Noi Square complex offers 53,000 m² of class A office space, 920 parking spaces, and 3,700 m² of integrated commercial space, with excellent connectivity and access to central Bucharest. Vastint plans to double the complex's office and commercial spaces by completing a second phase, expanding the gross built area to 105,000 m².
