The construction of Globalworth Tower (former Bucharest One) started in 2014 and had initial completion date set for the end of 2015.
„It was a complex project, near a tunnel of the subway in Aurel Vlaicu station, with a very difficult infrastructure. The construction lasted for less than two years, but the tenants’ fit-out works were also done, taking a little more time. The estimated space delivery term for the first tenants was the first quarter of 2016, in February we relocated to the building and in April the companies Vodafone and Huawei.
