The capital increase was made by transforming to shares some receivables belonging to the company’s shareholders, namely Novo Park, Novo Park 2 and West Gate.

 

 Novo Park is made of seven office buildings with an area of nearly 75,000 sq. m rentable area, including 1,000 parking places. The office complex received the BREEAM certification with Very Good rating.

 

Novo Park’s tenants include Hewlett-Packard (HP), Mondelez Romania,  Garanti Bank, Ringier, Sodexo, Infineon Technologies, Yokagawa, Luxoft and UniCredit.

The businessman announced its intention to expand the parks with 15,000 sq. m next year, expansion which will involve nearly EUR 20-30 million. (source: profit.ro)
