BetBrain Software has approx. 100 employees, planning to extend the next year with 30 employees. On this background, the company has chosen its new headquarters to be in the centre of the city.

Even if the rented area is larger than the current needs of the company, BetBrain has adopted a long term strategy, insuring the necessary space for the next 2-3 years.

Nouveau Center is currently 100% let, having tenants such as Unicredit Tiriac Bank (financial), Transilvania Bank (financial), Telmap (software), EuroWeb (B2B internet provider), Cora (retail), AEGEF (constructions) or Optaros (e-commerce).

The business centre was delivered in March 2002 and has 7,058 sqm built area, with 5,366 usable on underground, ground floor and 5 upper floors.  

Tiriac Imobiliare is a real estate and construction developer and is part of the group Tiriac Holdings Ltd. The main investments of the group are focused on financial-banking fields, cars sale, real estate assets and air transportation services. Tiriac Imobiliare started its activity in 1994, with the registration of Fergus Construct International, the first real estate company of the group.
