The project  Unirii View was announced since 2012, when the developers included Yves Weerts and the businessman Costel Căşuneanu. Meanwhile, Căşuneanu family – owners of the construction company PA&CO International – exited the business, which remained completely in the hands of the Belgian investor with real estate investments in Eastern Europe.

 „We will start the construction in a month, in mid-September, and we are currently in discussions with potential tenants from IT and bank fields for 40 pct. of the project. We will handle the construction and the leasing at the same time, as it is important for the tenants to see the development pace of the building before renting“, has declared for ZF Yves Weerts.
