The bank had several variants as options, including the relocation to a new headquarters built from scratch, which would take over most of the bank’s operations, currently taking place in 11 locations.

According to sources in the real estate market, BCR received a proposal from the Austrian real estate developer CA Immo to build a new office building of 20,000 sq. m for BCR in the area Carrefour Orhideea (former Spicul factory), while buying the building on Calea Victoriei St. in Bucharest where the bank is currently headquartered.  (Source: zf.ro)
