Alpha Group Investments Ltd together with TBE Business Solutions is developing a new project in Timisoara in western Romania. The total investment needed for the project is €80m. Timisoara Centrum, located on Calea Circuvalatiunii in the city center will include a 7-floor office building along with retail and leisure space. Its total leasable area is 60,000 sqm, of which 50,000 sqm is dedicated to retail and 10,000 to the office component, with more than 2,100 parking spaces on site. More than half the space has been preleased. The shopping center will include a 11,100 sqm Carrefour hypermarket, a 10-screen cinema multiplex, and a restaurant area.

TBE Business Solutions is a Romanian company, founded in 2013 by Ali Ergun Ergen.

Alpha Group Investments is an investment vehicle of Alpha Bank which owns numerous real estate and hospitality assets in SEE.
