The investors have erected the building’s resistance structure, the project including a rentable area of approx. 35,000 sq. m, but in the beginning of 2009, after the economic crises started, they decided to slow down the construction pace, and eventually they suspended the works.

This week the construction site situated between the Plaza and AFI Palace Cotroceni malls in Bucharest became active, as on the lower floors have been mounted the first pieces of the facade.

Anchor appointed Otimp PM company as the project manager for resuming works, while the facade works have been assigned to the company C.C.A. Tehnorex headquartered in Prahova county, a company with 52 million lei turnover in 2013 (EUR 11.8 million) and 130 employees. (source: zf.ro)
