The operator of instant office centers and co-working spaces Flash Office Solutions offers a special crisis package of services for small and medium businesses: modular individual offices and co-working spaces adaptable to the number of employees required to be physically present at the office.
The co-working space operator Flash Office Solutions will occupy 2,520 sqm of the Maria Rosetti Tower office building, after expanding the space with an additional 570 sqm, from the beginning of this year. The new space will be partitioned, arranged, equipped and furnished with flexible furniture, so that it can be used in the co-sharing system starting March.
Flash Instant Offices Office centers have reached almost maximum occupancy this last quarter of 2015! From early October the Hub is already full, being occupied all offices in the area of co-working, and of the 33 individual offices are free four, two with a maximum capacity of two employees and two with a capacity of up to three places.
FLASH HUB from the instant office located in Maria Rosetti Tower office building has a total area of 69.65 square meters and is arranged in two individual rooms with co-working spaces with a total of 21 seats. There are the last five seats available.
The companies hosted by the Flash Office Solutions centres, their employees and their business partners receive permanent discount cards for products and services in professional services, consultancy and IT&C fields, as well as corporate personal services, such as food & catering, styling, sport, flowershop, apparel, office accessories and even home & deco or medical services.
According to a study of Flash Office Solutions, in the first six months of 2015 approx. 65 pct. of the entrepreneurs renting instant offices in Bucharest have chosen a workplace in hub and 35 pct aimed an individual office.
In the first three months of 2015, the occupancy rate of the ready-to-move-in offices of Flash Office Solutions has increased from 45 pct to 87 pct, most of the tenants being young entrepreneurs less than 35 years old.
Flash Office Solutions launches its first hub, Flash Hub, with working posts at a fixed price of EUR 110 per month in office-sharing system, within its centre situated in Maria Rosetti Tower in downtown Bucharest.
Flash Office Solutions started a Black Friday campaign for the clients signing instant office leases in the period between 21st and 28th of November: for six months contract in the new centre opened in Maria Rosetti Tower, they get one month for free!
