DB Schenker: the service center in Bucharest will increase to 600 employees

German giant DB Schenker, which decided to open this year in Bucharest a support centre for the financial departments of several group’s subsidiaries, started to recruit accountants speaking foreign languages and plans to reach 600 local employees in the following years.

Octagon begins works on second building of Hermes Business Park

Greek construction firm Octagon has started to construct building C of the Hermes Business Campus under a EUR 6.2 million contract. The project is developed in northern Bucharest by NGY Properties Investments, the Romanian subsidiary of Belgian group Atenor.

Belgium’s Atenor to begin this autumn EUR 30 million investment in an office building in Pipera

Belgian group Atenor, which completed this spring its first project on the local market – an office building within the business park Hermes Business Campus in Pipera – will start this autumn the works for the second building of the complex, the investors being encouraged by the lease agreements signed in the last six months.

RIB headquarters to relocate in Pipera

Romanian International Bank (RIB), bank purchased in December last year by the Polish financial group Getin Holding, rented 3,500 sq. m in Hermes Business Campus for the future bank headquarters, according to the real estate consultant Colliers International, the broker of the transaction.

Xerox Romania moves into new HQ in Hermes Business Campus

Xerox Romania announced it will be moving into a new headquarters located close to Pipera subway station, in the Hermes Business Campus, developed by Properties Investment (Atenor Group) starting June 30.
