This is the biggest office project under Colliers International’s management in Romania. Situated  in the centre of the new business district of Bucharest, on Dimitrie Pompeiu Blvd. and in the vicinity Barbu Vacarescu Blvd., the complex Hermes Business Campus includes three A class office buildings with a total rentable area of 78,000 sq. m.

The complex was planned and developed in several phases: the first building, in advanced phase of construction, will be delivered by the end of March 2014, when the developer will start immediately the works for the second building.

The first building of Hermes BC complex will host tenants from the corporate and institutional segments, such as:  XEROX, The Embassy of the Netherlands in Bucharest, the Editorial Group Litera, Fribourg Capital, Bunt Studio and Universal Online Promotion.  (source: dailybusiness.ro)
