Atenor invested EUR 25 million in the building with a rentable area of 18,000 sq. m situated in the vicinity of the underground station Pipera and more than 80 pct of the spaces were rented to companies such as Getin (owners of RIB bank), SNC Lavalin, Luxoft, Xerox, Elefant group or the Dutch Embassy.

Sven Lemmes, country manager of Atenor group, says that he do not have green light currently to look for new lands for acquisitions, nor to sell the Hermes BC project, his main mission being to fully rent the first building during the summer and to start the works for the second phase of the project.

 

 

„We’ll start the works for the second phase of Hermes Business Campus project by the end of this year, and the completion of the constructions scheduled for the first quarter of 2016.
