The expansion and the development of the company determined the renting of 1,500 sq. m on the first two floors of Premium Plaza, an office building with a total rentable area of approx. 8,600 sq. m  on 8 floors.

Part of the central business district of Bucharest (CBD), Victoriei Square currently has a low vacancy rate and a series of facilities for the office buildings tenants, including easy access by multiple transport options, as well as increased visibility, in one of the most appreciated business areas in Buchares.

In September this year, Webhelp made its first phase of the relocation and extension operation, already occupying the second floor of the building, and starting January 2014, the company will also occupy the first floor of Premium Plaza.

Premium Plaza was the headquarters of EY Romania (former Ernst&Young).
