Vaillant, which is one of the biggest producers of heating systems worldwide, has decided to relocate its offices in a bid to consolidate the processes of the company.
“Through the relocation in a new space we want to improve the processes of internal communication and to improve the efficiency of operations, offering a positive message for our clients and partners,” said Iulia Pascu, country manager at Vaillant Group Romania. The company has leased 860 square meters, including both the retail and office components.
Global City Business Park has class A offices with a total leasable area of 51,200 sqm and is owned by the real estate fund advised by Global Finance.
The building currently has an occupancy rate of 80 percent and has among its current tenants Michelin, Altex and Bergenbier. (Source: business-review.eu)
