In April, at national level there were registered 74,937 transactions with 6,439 more than the previous month and with 24,071 more compared to April 2012 Most of the real estate transactions were registered in April 2013 in Bucharest – 5,564, Timis – 4,351 and Arad – 4,273. The lowest numbers were registered in Teleorman – 468, Bistrita-Nasaud – 595 and Mehedinti – 765. At the same time, for the first four months there were 1,702 million cadastre and real estate advertising operations registered countrywide. Compared to the same period of last year a 21% growth was registered. Only in April 2013 the number of cadastre and real estate advertising operations registered countrywide was 485,834, with 42,365 growth compared to March 2013 and 150,533 growth compared to April 2012. Most of the operations were registered in April in Bucharest – 30,094, Timis – 26,721 and Iasi – 22,777. The number of mortgages and privileges registered in land registry in April reached 13,750, with 2,751 growth compared to March this year and with 4,139 growth compared to April 2012. Most of the mortgages and privileges were registered in April in Bucharest -1,712, Galati – 1,039 and Ilfov – 963. The smallest number is registered in Mehedinti – 55, Olt – 62 and Salaj – 63.
