Businessman Dan Cojocaru, shareholder of the company Proiect Bucureşti and one of the investors in the office project The Landmark in Bucharest’s downtown, said that the financing of the investment was secured, so the works would go according to the plan, the delivery of the business park including three buildings being scheduled for the beginning of 2016.
Through the company Alecsandri Estates, Cojocaru and the businessman Michael Hadjipavlou are developing an office project with a rentable area of nearly 22,000 sq. m, the value of the investment being estimated to EUR 55 million, VAT included.
„We had a break last year, as the documents were completed, but we have now full financing from Piraeus for the entire project. The completion term for all the three buildings is 1Q 2016 and we are in advanced negotiations with multinational companies for the renting of spaces, but we only signed head of terms for the moment”, has declared Dan Cojocaru.
