Magnus Imobiliar Consult, a real estate broker, is the biggest tenant of the Romanian state, with nearly 7,000 sqm lease.
Magnus Imobiliar Consult pays 67,400 euros monthly rent, nearly 10 euros/sqm/month, shows a report of the State Properties Direction.
Subletting the premises, the company currently charges 15 euros/sqm/month. One of the properties is Kiseleff Palace, in the northern Bucharest, former headquarters of ING Bank.
