More than 400 specialists work in the Global Operation Center based in United Business Center 0, and the company plans to double the number of tech specialists by the end of this year.
The Access Group is one of the largest providers of business management software to organizations in the UK, Ireland and Asia-Pacific region. The company has leased 4,220 sqm in the United Business Center 0 (UBC 0) building located in the Iulius Town mixed-use complex, in order to develop its Global Operation Center in Timișoara. The Access Group has been present in the western Romanian city since 2019, following the acquisition of Intelligent Software Systems (ISS) company established in 2005.

Over the past six months, The Access Group in Timișoara has seen significant growth in operations due to its strong software development and technical support capabilities. This year, the company is planning to increase the number of IT specialists via programs dedicated to graduates of IT and other specialties. Recruitment is underway for positions including Senior.Net Developer, Cash Applications Supervisor, Technical Support Engineer, Senior QA Engineer, etc.
