The number of buildings built with European financing start to grow, the most recent example being CSDA Siriului in Bucharest, developed by the Tănăsoiu family, EUR 5 million investment with EUR 2 million EU funds.
Daniel and Emil Tănăsoiu, father and son, shareholders of the real estate development company Primavera Development and of the construction company ACMS, recently built nearly 3,000 sqm office building in Aviaţiei district, approx. 10 minutes walking from the metro station Aurel Vlaicu, the area with the most important real estate current development in Bucharest.
The developer’s representative say that the building currently has 82% occupancy rate, having among bigger area tenants companies such the call-center services operator Telbridge, the software developer XL Team and the auto parts distributor Elit. (source: zf.ro)
