With the signing of these new leases, MIRO developed by SPEEDWELL, and majority owned by Hili Properties, has reached an occupancy rate of over 90%.
Biocodex, a French pharmaceutical company that pioneered the realm of Microbiota and Probiotics, Soler & Palau, a global manufacturer and distributor of high-quality ventilation systems and Symmetrica, one of the leaders in the paving market in Romania are the newest tenants of the MIRO office building.

Biocodex leased a 660 square-meter space in the MIRO building for the office of its new affiliate in Romania. The French pharmaceutical pionneer in microbiota and probiotics, also involved in the realms of women health and drugs for orphan desease, distributes its products in more than 110 countries. Some of its brands are already well recognized in Romania such as Enterol, Otipax or Saforelle. The lease was brokered by Crosspoint Real Estate, international partner of Savills in Romania and one of the largest local providers of transaction and consulting services for the real estate field.
With four production facilities in Spain (Ripoll, Sils, Torelló and Madrid), two in China (Shanghai and Guangzhou) and factories in France, UK, Norway, Mexico, Brazil, USA, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and India, Soler & Palau, the global manufacturer and distributor of high-quality ventilation systems for commercial, industrial and residential spaces, has leased 200 square meters of office space in the MIRO building and 430 square meters of warehouse space in SPACEPLUS West, the first development on the industrial-logistics segment from the SPEEDWELL portfolio.
Assisted by Sotheby’s International Romania, a company that offers brokerage, relocation and installation services for the most prestigious real estate companies, Symmetrica, one of the leaders in the paving market in Romania, has leased 400 square meters of Class A office space in the MIRO building for a period of five years.
