The one-stop crypto liquidity solutions provider ZoidPay has signed a lease for the entire 11th floor of the building, which will host its headquarters. The Romanian start-up ZoidPay was established in 2018 as the go-to open architecture for building the generation of Web 3.0 financial services, and as a crypto liquidity platform that enables instant card issuance for purchases from any merchant.
At the same time, Romanian software developer Kubeark has signed on for new offices on the first floor of the tower. The company provides scalable and compliant SaaS products and software lifecycle management.
The most recent tenant, Certion, has leased a panoramic view office on the 12th floor of the building. The company has developed several premium real estate projects on the Romanian seaside.
“I am proud to welcome three new tenants – three local companies that have chosen our office proposition for their new headquarters and new stage of growth. This shows us that the effort we put in redesigning and improving our office and business facilities follow our tenants’ requirements and meet the market needs following the shifts of the last two years in the way we work. Due to all of these, we feel encouraged to continue to facilitate the space of a dynamic workplace, to provide collaboration opportunities among a diverse pool of tenants and continue to invest in SkyTower,” said Florentina Mitricoaia, Leasing and Asset Manager for RPHI Romania – the company that owns and manages SkyTower.
Following the extensive investment project caried out for the development of the SkyHub Events Centre, the re-design of the lobby into a high-tech space, as well as other indoor and outdoor building facilities during 2022, SkyTower has signed eight new contracts or lease extensions.
Currently, Sky Tower’s occupancy rate is almost 100% with a balanced tenant mix of large and medium-sized companies.
