"It is a very good year for Skanska, as we are starting to develop our third office project in Romania. We have chosen to expand our presence in the Floreasca - Barbu Vacarescu area in the northern part of the city and we remain confident that it remains one of the most popular areas, offering obvious advantages to future tenants", said Aurelia Luca, Country Manager of Skanska Property Romania.
Skanska Romania started its activity in Romania in 2011 and is part of the Skanska Swedish group. Skanska Commercial Development Europe initiates and develops sustainable real estate projects in the office segment and other commercial buildings.
The company's operations are concentrated in the metropolitan areas of Romania, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland and are organized in four local divisions: Skanska Property Czech Republic, Skanska Property Hungary, Skanska Romania and Skanska Property Poland.
Skanska has recently completely sold its first office complex developed in Romania, Green Court, to Globalworth. (source: arenaconstruct.ro)
