Skanska invested approx. EUR 46 million in thus building and meanwhile has already erected the structure of the second building within the business park developed across the street from Promenada mall. The total investment of the two buildings will reach approx. EUR 80 million and was sustained by the company’s own funds. The land owned by the Swedish group also allows the development of a third building.
The first building will have a rentable space of 19,500 sq. m and Orange rented 13,700 sq. m in order to relocate the operations currently undergoing in Pipera area. Another tenant of the building will be the company Schneider Electric.
This is the first project developed in Romania by the powerful Swedish group and according to the market information the building was already put on the market for an eventual sale. (Source: zf.ro)
