The interest in the ground floor terraces has increased after the complex process of refurbishment and redesign of the pedestrian area in front of the building was completed successfully last year.

Sagakura signed a lease agreement in America House for a retail space with an area of 103 sqm and a terrace with an area of 130 sqm. Royal Bubble will operate in a space with an area of 31.76 sqm and a terrace with an area of 26 sqm.
Chain Trust was the real estate agency responsible for completing the rent transactions.

Royal Bubble sells a range of 34 assortments of tea with organic ingredients, including Be Creativ, Blueberry Latte, Matcha Latte, Strawberry Tea Latte, Matcha Latte, but also Classic Tea Latte and seasonal teas Chocolate Oreo, Gingerbread Biscuit, Crème Brulle Milk, Apple Pie Cinnaman and Hot Chocolate Marshmallow. During this period, the Royal Bubble store runs a promotional campaign.
FruFru has opened a new location on the ground floor of America House, in a recently redesigned space, which highlights its healthy products, from natural ingredients, without “bazaconii” (without artificial flavors). FruFru is a fresh, healthy food retail concept in Romania and enjoys popularity among employees working in the America House building and its neighborhood.
