Romania, 2nd lowest cost in the region for a company’s setting up
Costs for setting up a limited liability company (LLC) in Romania count for EUR 45, as contribution to the company’s capital, a sum that places our country 2nd in the region, after the Czech Republic, where the minimum capital is only EUR 1, according to a study carried out by Accace, one of the main business externalization and consulting companies in Central and Eastern Europe, published on Wednesday, Agerpres informs.
Slovakia is at the opposite pole with EUR 5,000 to set up a LLC, while in Hungary or Poland it reaches minimum EUR 1,737 and EUR 1,200 respectively.
On the other hand, Romania ranks 3rd in a top of the costs for setting up a joint stock company (JSC), on a par with Slovakia, with EUR 25,000 minimum capital, the smallest cost being in Poland, some EUR 24,000. (source: nineoclock.ro)
