The initial costs for the property acquisition, including 60,000 sq. m and buildings in national patrimony are reaching approx. EUR 2 million (with VAT in addition).
The Sector Mayor has signed since last year partnerships with the main universities in Bucharest, one of the main objectives of the collaboration being the development of a scientific park in the sector.
According to the opportunity study, the project will allow the creation of a new urban development pole in the historical centre area.
