ZF analyzed only the biggest six projects on the market, each of them exceeding 10,000 sqm rentable area, with a current occupancy rate of approx. 30%. Three of these projects will be delivered in Barbu Vacarescu –Pipera area, and the rest will be situated in the Southern Bucharest, where the developers are mostly aiming IT companies for tenants.
Portland Trust will complete in the beginning of November the project Floreasca Park (38,000 sqm) near Pipera Passage, while Atenor intends to finish the works for Hermes Business Campus (18,000 sqm) on Dimitrie Pompeiu St. by the end of this year, the same completion date being also announced for the reconversion of the former City Mall in Eroii Revoluţiei to City Offices (approx. 20,000 sqm rentable area).
In the beginning of next year the Czech of S Group intend to open Green Gate building (30,000 sqm) in Chirigiu area, in April AFI Europe will complete AFI Park 2 (12,500 sqm) near the company’s mall in Cotroceni area, while next summer the Sweden’s Skanska hopes to deliver the first building of the company in Romania - Green Court (19,500 sqm) - on Gara Herăstrău St. (source: zf.ro)
