CBRE Romania registered the largest turnover increase among the big real estate companies, reaching 20.6 million lei compared to 11.6 million lei in the precedent year, a growth of nearly 80 pct.

 

"2014 was one of the best years for the real estate market in Romania, in competition with the period 2007-2008", said Razvan Iorgu, managing director, CBRE Romania, after EuropaProperty awards, where the company was named the agency of the year on retail, offices and industrial.

 

CBRE Romania climbed on the second position in the top of the real estate companies, after Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania, which stays the leader.

 

Colliers registered in 2014 a net turnover of 19.5 million lei, with approx. 25 pct growth compared to the level of 2013, 15.64 million lei. Colliers occupies the third position in the real estate consultants top considering the turnover.

 

Knight Frank Romania registered in 2014 a turnover of 11.38 million lei, with 17 pct. higher than its level from 2013, 9.7 million lei. Horatiu Florescu, CEO Knight Frank Romania, has previously declared for Wall-Street.ro that he expects 2015 to be the best year of the company.

 

Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania registered in 2014 a turnover of 24.74 million leu, with approx. 7 pct. growth compared to 23.2 million lei, the leve registered in 2013, according to data from the company. Coldwell Banker stays in 2015 the largest real estate company in Romania, a position won by the company in 2009 and kept until now.

 

DTZ Echinox maintained relatively similar business in 2014, with a slight growth up to 10.56 million lei.

 

JLL registered in 2013 business of 14.7 million lei. The company’s financial balance for 2014 was not yet published. (source: wall-street.ro)
