Therefore, NAI Romania rented 400 sq. m offices on the 4th floor of EKA Business Center, situated in northern Bucharest. The building reached 90 pct. occupancy rate, from the total of 4,000 sq. m on seven floors.
Expanding its activity out of Bucharest, NAI Romania will open in March a branch in Ploiesti, a project made in partnership with a team of seven brokers who will represent NAI Romania’s clients in Prahova county.
