„Proximity to our corporate clients represents an important aspect we are considering when choosing future spaces. It is very important that the space to be easy accessible by anybody, to be situated on main roads and near public transport stations”, says Adrian Peake, general director of Medicover, one of the largest players on the market of private medical services.
Medicover, a company with 252 million lei turnover last year, has in Bucharest a network including five clinics and a hospital, with two of Medicover Pipera and Medicover West Gate – situated in ground floor of office buildings. Medicover Pipera has, for instance, an area of 1,000 sq.m and provides more than 25 medical specialities and health programs for the employees of the subscribed corporations.
Medicover is not the only player with medical centres in the large business parks in Bucharest. Regina Maria, MedLife, as well as Polisano also have units situated in the ground floor of office buildings. (source: zf.ro)
