In Plaza Centers’ 2013 financial report it is mentioned that the developer will start the construction of the 38,000 sq. m rentable area in Timisoara in the end of 2014, following to be delivered in 2016, namely one year after the estimated completion date from the 2012 company report.

The company also mentions the Urban Permit for Casa Radio project was obtained and that the project’s first phase would be delivered in 2016/2017, following a public –private partnership.

In the company’s 2013 report also shows the project Cina Plaza, approx. 4,800 sq. m rentable area combining retail and office to be developed in an existing building where Plaza has a concession. The project should be completed in 2015-2016.

The malls in Miercurea Ciuc, Iasi, Hunedoara, Slatina, Targu Mures and Constanta only appear as in planning and feasibility study phase. (source: wall-street.ro)
