The company Globalworth, founded in the beginning of this year by the businessman Ioannis Papalekas, which raised EUR 53 million for the secondary AIM market on London Stock Exchange, is going to appoint the constructor of the office building in the proximity of Promenada mall and Sky Tower in Bucharest.

„It is expected that the construction permit to be obtained by January 2014. The negotiations and the terms of the financing were established with an important European financial institution. As for the renting, negotiations with multinational companies for approx. 60% of the area are in an advanced phase ", shows the first unaudited financial report of the company.

Bucharest One is an office project to be erected in the north of Bucharest, in Floreasca-Barbu Văcărescu area. The building will have a total built area of 48,732 sq. m and over 23 floors. The plot was bought in May this year. The property is owned by Corinthian Five SRL, with Papaleks being sole owner, through another company.

The land is not subject to financing, and the development cost is estimated at EUR 60 million (10-15% of is amount representing the soft cost). (source: economica.net)
